Autoevaluation

Perform a self-assessment of the calibration database. For this utility, the same calibration database must be loaded as the sampling database, with the oceanographic variables and geographic coordinates columns removed.

Parameters

Estimates SST, seasonality (SSN) and SSS for fossil samples using the analog cases of the calibration dataset (default: 10 analogs).

Analogs

Finds the closest modern analogs for each fossil sample, indicating the distance between them (default: 3 analogs).
