Autoevaluation

Estimates oceanographic variables for each calibration sample and compares estimated vs. original values.

Parameters

Estimates SST, seasonality and SSS for fossil samples using the calibration dataset (default: 10 analogs).

Analogs

Finds the closest modern analogs for each fossil sample (default: 3 analogs).

Upload CSV files

Calibration database (CSV) * Required. First column: sample ID. Taxa columns. Last columns: target variables (as specified in the documentation).

Sampling database (CSV) * Required for Parameters and Analogs. Must include the same taxa columns in the same order.
